Animated Banner

I am going back to Joomla in a few weeks, and want my main top banner to change every time the page loads or gets refreshed. I want it to show different fonts and logos of stuff.


What would the best way be?

I asked for help doing this once. They told me to search this:

I imagine any of those work. I think i used javascript when i did it.

You can get to the template code in joomla right? Ive never used it before.
