Ok, so I'm debating if I want a desktop or laptop now. I figured if I was going to go back to a desktop hands down it would be custom made, not prebuilt by a manufacter. So I came to you guys for help on what would be the best stuff to get for me for this build. Now this laptop would be used for: Music, AIM, Email, HW, Photoshop, Interent browsing. The budget I had one the laptop was around the 1300 range. I'd like it to stay around there, so if you guys could help that be highly appreciated.

I have a mouse..lol

My keyboard I'd like to replace with it cause it deff won't match and I'm a person who has to have it match lol

Don't want to use my screen cause its a big one and I'm looking at getting a lcd type

I just saw on Attack of the Show, that new Toshiba Quismio 18'' laptop starting at 1300.

I love Toshiba laptops. I've had this one for about 4 yeas now which it's came out in 2001. The only thing I've done to it is check the hard drive to 100 gig and add 2 gig of RAM. Toshiba kicks ass in laptops. If I were you, I'd get this out.
