another "freeze up"

5k, dual core with ASUS M2N-SLI board. Freezes often and restarts several times before it comes on, then it loads and freezes again. I have tried several hard drives, all the same, and have loaded win 2000, win XP, Vista, and Linux SuSE 11.1. All act exactly the same. I've spent many long night trying to figure this out and am just about ready to cut my loss unles someone can come up with something else to try.

That motherboard has a lot of issues. Has it always done this or is this a recent new build? You can try testing your memory, video card, cpu. Do you have any other addin cards plugged in?
