ok so i insert 2 Dimms into my motherboard of 512 ddr 3200 on single channel and it runs at about 3200mb/s so i insert them into dual channel mode, Everest is showing it running in dual channel but my speed actually drops to 2700mb/s i just cant understand whats wrong? any tips or advice welcome thx
and another strange one, i put my singe sided 512 ram in on its own and it has a speed of 3059mb/s, but when i insert another stick of kingston 512 ram the speed is still just about 3060mb/s ??????
also if the desktop freezes as soon as it loads up is this memory related, or if it freezes at the start of any 3dgame??
