Another Noob Needing Help

I have never built a comp before... so i was trying to get you guys opinion on purchasing a comp from either tigerdirect or buyxg... I am looking for a system around $400-$500... i will be prolly just be playing FEAR not-online... and doing some video editing (nothing too big just some small stuff) THANKS!

i could buy from newegg... i just have never built a comp b4... i would need an os (but dont factor that into the price... i will pick that up seperate unless of course it comes with the comp) i think i would stick with xp anyway... seen vista and didnt like it... thanks for the quick replies!

yea thats ok.
building is just logic it only goes in 1 way it is easy i know lots of people with no experience an he built it right.
i agree XP way better.
