another OC'ing question....

dude, read oc101 and then start a real thread if you have questions.
increase the frequency by 3-5mhz at a time until it starts crashing, and then put it down a good 10mhz to be sure.
 
"dude" dont post something in a forum thats been dead for awhile about something that i already know. i I was just wondering if i could damage my cpu, not how to overclock.
