I have the Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT, and I have it hooked up to my samsung LN32c350 TV, DVI to HDMI Cable where DVI is PC and HDMI is the TV.

I can't seem to find the right resolution for it, theres black borders around it or it's to stretched. Can anyone help? Thanks!

if you can check what your tv max screen resoltution is, you can`t go any higher than that, give 1280 x 1024 a try its a common resolution

My max resolution is 1080p , 1920 x 1080 and my lowest is 720p , 720 x 576.

I'm currently using 720p 1176 x 664.. but there's black borders and I'm trying to get it to stretch to the end of my monitor but yeah you know what I mean?

1280 x 1024 is the recommended but it is a bit stretched out past my TV.

EDIT: + my native resolution is 1280 x 720

just try a few screen resolutions till you find the one your happy with, it will let you try the resolution to see how you like it, if you don`t click to confirm you want it, it will just keep the old resolution

Any options in your TV menu? Otherwise there's no way to fix it. I wouldn't recommend a TV as a monitor for that reason. Resolutions get messed up.

just noticed you connecting dvi to hdmi, does you have a vga connection, you could also try connecting dvi to vga, or hdmi to hdmi, i have know some people to have problems mixing connections
