Another stupid case fan question.

I have 3 120mm Fan spots on my case. The front one is a generic el-cheapo, the rear one is a very nice sliverstone with a 3.5 speed controller and the side dosent have one. What I would like is the most 2 of the most powerful case fans money can buy that come with a pci speed controller or 2 fans and a 5.25 bay speed controller. I would really appreciate any suggestions you all have. Thank you for your time.
 
I have Antec TriCool fans in my case.. they have a small switch attached to them, allowing 3 different speeds. they move a lot of air, and that are silent at the lowest speed,. maybe you should try those.
 
I have seen them and considered them but the only problem i have is where to mount the fan controller? I am currently stationed at Kunsan AB and have a roommate so i would like to be able to have my pc run real quiet when hes sleeping but when im up and playing game i want to be able to easily ramp up the speed for maximum cooling.

What would you recommend for a very powerful 12cm fan that can be quiet when throttled down?
 
I dont know whats the (best) fans but I use alot of Antec fans. I have one Antec 120 intake in the front, one NZXT 120 side intake and one 120 NZXT out take in the back, keeps everything real cool!
