another webcam problem

hey guys

got a slight problem with my can that i got of ebay
its a inki1 cam and the computer picks it up but problem is all i seem to see is a black screen and the cam does appear in my computer as a usb video device

ive been to device manager and i found that multimedia controller RAID and usb controller all have a yellow question mark next to themm could this be the reason as to why the cam dosent work
im using windows xp and trying to use the cam for msn messenger 8.0
any help appericated

If your USB controller has a yellow triangle next to it, it means that the drivers for the controller is probably not installed correctly, not at all, or has become corrupted is some way. Head to the mobo's manufacturer website and see if you can find a driver package to download there...
