anoying virus o.0

mycomputer somehow is infected by an virus!
the viruses that avg found i deleted the infected files except the infected files that are in WINDOWS folder.
it ha 5 infections on the WINDOWS/system32/ files inside that!
+ i cant put my automatic updates back for security center and that virus has made comp a bit laggier...
also, hi i just regristrert ^^
but i need help please!
is it safe to delete the WINDOWS infceted files?

Please leave the programs for now.

The programs are not virus protection but they target specific types of viruses and do not interfere with your anti-virus protection.

Please post the logs generated by the programs used.

It also may not be fixed please post the logs are you till may be infected but may not be noticing it or the infection may come back.
