Antec Basiq 350w

I was wondering if this power supply was enough to power a AMD Athlon 245 Regor, XFX Radeon 5670 512mb, 4GB DDR3 1333, 500GB HDD. I also use a 22" monitor.
 
That PSU has 276W on the +12v rail. Not a whole lot to work with, but the TDP of the 245 is 65W, and the TDP of the 5670 is 61W. Both of those will draw on the +12v rail. Taking into consideration things like RAM and HDD, it will work perfectly fine, but you'll have zero upgrade options until you upgrade the PSU to something bigger and better.
