I actually use CWShredder quit a bit. It's self contained, no install needed and runs in less than a minute. Plus the fact that SO many infected machines i work on have some varient of cool web search.
It's a great program, I agree, hope it stays as good now merijn has sold it. Aboutbuster is excellent as well. As I only work on my machine, I used cws a while back, before I learnt how to protect myself.
