Anti Virus 2009

My computer is infected with the antivirus2009 spyware and I cant get rid of it! I bought SpyHunter 3 and when I run it, it says that it cant remove this file, and that when I restart my computer it will remove it, but it doesn't. How can I get rid of this?

malwarebytes can remove it. run it with windows in safe mode.
