Antivirus suggestions

Ok guys,

I was running the AVG Free antivirus.

Ive tried Avg & Avast.

Is there any more free alternatives to AVG or Avast antivirus which is just as good but dont use so much memory?

I only have 486mb of memory so im trying to keep as much memory free as possible.

The lightest on resources is Nod32, but it does cost $$$.
All AV's are going to use a fair bit of your resources, adding some more ram would probably be the best way to go.

Actualy i do have ZoneAlarm security suite which is my firewall and that has its own Antivirus built in as a security package.

Should i enable ZoneAlarm antivirus and just use that as my Antivirus or should i download a standalone antivirus package?

Has anyone just used ZoneAlarm antivirus here?
Is it any good?

I have used ZoneAlarm antivirus before. It is okay but compared to Norton or AVG it really cant compare that good. Just stay with AVG free verison, also dont use the spyware remover on ZoneAlarm either.

You do know that Bit defender free is an on-demand virus scanner and does not provide real time protection dont you?
