Any 12-core i7s in the market?

Are there any dual-CPU 6-core i7s in the market and does anyone know where I can buy them?

There are Dual socket 1366 motherboards on the market.

as for SB-E, I am unsure if any dual socket motherboards have been created yet.

but just why? a single 3930k should do anything at all fast enough for anyone, it would alone prob equal about a 8 core 16 thread lga 1366 i7, and there is supposed to also be ivy bridge 6 core 12 thread i7's on lga 2011

mainly for servers or simulation programs or really anything that needs a lot of threads to run simultaneously.
