any antivirus makes ma internet off

hi guys. i brought a new kaspersky antivirus today..i install it then.. my internet stop working..as soon as i uninstal it..my internet comes back again..tried few other too like avg ..didn;t wrk.shame thing happen..

CAN someONe help me plzz..

download firefox and see if it works.

It's your firewall. Kaspersky "takes over" your operating system's security and automatically "disables" the standard windows settings. There should be an option to disable it.

If the problem persists, just download Avast - it's free and probably twice as good as any other paid for anti virus programs.

don't make bold statements like "twice as good" when avast is not a top 3 scorer in independent lab tests of AVs....at least for this year...sikat lang ang avast kasi siya ang best freeware....

How about trying other products like AVG. But first run a complete registry clean. I think you have a conficker because it cease your internet once you have installed an antivirus.

Its sure definitly a firewall problem. How about trying with a free antivirus, which dont include firewall, like avira personal. Then u will also know what the problem is. Do that and post the result.

Ya the same thing happened with me too.As soon as i installed AVG on my system my internet stopped working but this happened mainly because my computer was attacked by many viruses..
