Hi this is the video out for a strand 200 lighting desk, does anyone know what kind of connection it is?

Its probably an integrated display port.

Hi its just the 200 not the plus. it has been discontinued which means the video card is not sold anymore. i didn't know if this was a standard port which i could buy something for to connect a monitor

You will have to contact support or find a manual on it and see if it lists what it is.
