any free fax software I can use......?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this:

I have an ADSL connection to the Internet. I'm using Windows XP Pro on my PC.

Right now I'm using Venta Fax & Voice that requires the use of a modem for me to send out my faxes.

Are there any free fax software out there that I can use with my ADSL connection instead? I don't want to use my modem to send out faxes as it incurrs additional costs.

Any help appreciated!

i believe there is a service called eFax that lets you send and recieve faxes. (recieved ones get forwarded to your e-mail).

I used to use it but it was a long time ago, dont know how much it changed.

Thanks.... Went to check it out at their website ..... looks like it's chargeable to use eFax
