Any Good?

I have this PSU-

and i bought it because it has 500W, 24pins, and was $50. I am lacking in PSU knowledge... did i make a mistake? it has worked fine so far.

It's actually pretty decent- dual 12V rails with 18A on each. Not too shabby.

The specs look good. The brand is questionable, though, and I don't trust those specs at all. > 95% efficiency at full load? Bullshit. I haven't seen PSUs twice that price with that kind of efficiency. I have a funny feeling they are exaggerated.

It sounds like you got a run of the mill PSU for a run of the mill price. You can't really complain there. Just see how it performs.. I noticed the first reviewer had his burn up after 5 months. Hopefully that's just a fluke. The PSU gets 5 eggs, so obviously 50 some odd people are very happy with it.

Okay psu. I don't have anything that high wattage though with my old, slow hardware . I think you got a nice deal on it, my 400w cost me $50.
