Any Ideas Why no green light?

When you did the paper clip test, did you check all the voltages on the connector (Drenlin asked you about a multimeter)? While they may be no-load voltages, if incorrect then the PS is an issue. The Power OK connection should be high too.

Edit: I could not tell from the catalog spec if the input voltage is auto- or manual-set. Is the PS set for the correct mains supply voltage?

Maybe your RAM is dead I didn't see any mentions of RAM in your build. What are you using?

What's the green light thing? Some MOBO don't have any lights. I discovered that last week when my RAM died.
