Any Old Time Gamers Around? Dn 4ever

haha I remember that game, used to play it when i was like 8years old (18 now) I wouldnt mind seeing a dx10 version of duke nukem.
 
I was a little surprised to see that article there since the constant pondering on whether or not there would ever be a Duke Nukem Forever version released was simply up in the air all these years. Originally on the old 95 rig I had bought the Atomic, Nuclear Winter, and even collection of game maps addons available then.

With Half Life and Doom as well as Quake seeing updated releases it's been a long term question about thiis one. The original Wolfenstein3D saw Return to CastleWolfenstein in just about 6yrs. time while DN has been on kind of a permanent hold by 3D Realms there. With Vista and DX10 out some of the older games seem to making a comeback? We''ll see!
 
That is a great game!! I still have itm Duke3D is amazing. My dad used to play it all the time when it came out, I was like 7 back then... I never finished it though.

But yeah, I'd love to see the DX10 continuation!
 
I wish I could get more then the opening seen in screen shots to show how the original 3D looks when run through a virtual dos window. The few screens below are from the original 8 bit version first seen on a 3.1 ssytem back in 1993 2yrs. after it's initial release. After a look at those note the vast contrast seen in the new version that may...? come out sometime soon.
