Any one familiarize with windows mobile 6.1?

I've got a HTC touch diamond 2 last month. I connect it with wifi to the router at home and use it to browse the web. However, when i recieve the bill, there is charge for internet data access.

Is anyone know how to switch off the 3G internet from the phone and make it only connect with wifi?
 
Do you have verizon? I was told by them when i bought my last phone which is now for sale that even if you are using wifi they will charge you for data usage to display it using the browswer on your phone. Its a crock since you are using your modem on your home network but they say its still using on your phone to access it so they charge..
 
well on my black jack i go to START then go to SETTINGS then CONNECTIONS and then i can't go any further cause the blackjack doesn't have wifi :(
