ANY one know active directory on server 2003.

as title says. i an having a huge problem with active directory and applying group policies. can someone help out

What kind of help do you need? I can most likely help. I use AD and group policies all the time.

thanks, well so i setup server 2003 and addes the active directory. i go into the ad users and computers, i created a orginasion just called test, created a user in that test org and then right click on test, and go to properties->group policy. I then add a new one and edit it to disable the controle panel. close out of it. then on a xp pro comp i join the domain and login in correctly. however it seems like the xp comp fails to receve the policy. i tried gpupdate /force and still nothign, i can still get into the controle panel

try gpresult, that will show you whether you actully pulling GPs from the server.
