Any opinions on this mobo?

Perhaps you price shopped you could also save by paying less then what is seen at zip zoom "rip off" as it has been named by some who have dealt with them. Instead of $179.99 try the $104.99 seen at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131044&ATT=13-131-044&CMP=OTC-17exta6 "Core 2 Extreme/Core 2 Duo/Pentium D/Celeron"

That's a different motherboard...

Also, I can't find this anywhere. Will this board support a Core 2 Duo?

No, it wont. If you are looking for a reasonable motherboard with Core 2 Duo support, have a look for the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3.

I am liking the P5N-e motherboard. It has enough IDE connectors SLI and 4 DDR2 slots. So, does anyone know if this is a good board for overclocking? Also, what are the benefits of Nvidia 680i vs 650i?

When running SLI on a 680i motherboard, you'll get 16x speed on both PCI-Express slots, whereas running SLI on a 650i motherboard will give you only 8x speed on both PCI-Express slots. Don't ask me how much of a difference that will make though...

680i supports a max FSB of 1333Mhz (only available on CPUs supporting 1333MHz), 650i supports a max FSB of 1066Mhz.

680i has a third PCI-Express slot, but it wont work in SLI mode (only useful if you want more than 4 monitors hooked up to your PC).

The PCI-Express lanes and links vary. Check the link at the top for more details.

680i has 6 SATA ports and 2 IDE ports. 650i has 4 SATA ports and 4 IDE ports.

680i has two Ethernet controllers. 650i has one.

680i has DualNet technology (i think it's related to the two Ethernet ports, but not exactly sure what it is).

680i has 10 USB ports, 650i has 8.
