Any possible to bypass quota of internet ?

I heard that quota of smartphone is finish but still within validity , some application can bypass internet provider to count the quota so still can online?
Is that true ?

If you're asking if there is a way to use mobile data without your carrier knowing, no you can't do that. The closest is bypassing the tethering block some providers implement, but it still counts against your monthly data cap.

As stated, data is just data. Even if you VPN you'll still increment the data that the ISP receives and transfers to you (in fact you'll increase it due to additional overhead).

If you connect to wifi hotspots at public places they won't count against your cellular data.

No application will let you bypass the data count on your ISP/Phone.
