Any ripping programs that work with Vista?

I have vista ultimate and i wana recopy all the DVDs i have into my harddrive so i can mes with them convert etcetc into some portable devices.

what u guys think or know of any good ripper programs for DVDs?

im also looking for a all in one convertor program

I dont care if its free or to be bought
i just needa legit working software thats compatiable with vista
