Since 3D graphics and gaming are pretty demanding, I would find a way to either upgrade to an X2 4200+ or a 7900GTX.

Either:

Downgrade on the motherboard or another component

or

Wait for AMD CPU prices to drop and upgrade then

How much money do you have to spend? And do you plan on OCing? If not, there is no need to buy that cooler.
