Any Suggestions? Building computer

Need a little more details about what you are going to be using the computer for..., i.e. gaming, internet, e-mail, video editing, etc.
 
sry well im going to use this computer mainly for doing my assignments but apart from that ill be playing a few games such a warcraft and oblivion and ill also be using it to burn DVDs on a pretty regualar basis
 
Prices will change so much between now and then it would be ludicrous to give you a quote now. No telling what developments will happen

I don't think it'd take much "shopping around" to find a better deal than a Dell at his budget.

As everyone's said, prices will fluctuate a lot.
For example:

New AMD Processors
Intel Price Cuts
New AMD graphics cards
Possibly DDR3 memory
New Intel Processors/Chipset
