Any suggestions on this build?

Motherboard- GIGABYTE GA-EX58-EXTREME LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
Processor - Intel Core i7 920 (XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 w/ retention bracket)
Graphics - VisionTek Radeon HD 4870x2 2GB GDDR5
Power - PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W (750W enough?)
Memory - G.Skill 6GB PC10666 (DDR3-1333) RAM (is getting 1600 worth it?)
Hard Drive - 300GB VelociRaptor
Case - Antec 900
CD-ROM - LG 22X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe Black SATA Model GH22LS30 - OEM

What do you plan on using your computer for?

Gaming + Business (multi-tasking, photoshop, editors, a lot of programs open at once, etc)

The 2 monitors I already have since I use them for work so planned on keeping those.

Right now I use a Dell XPS m170 (first generation) laptop as a desktop replacement but its starting to lack the power needed for some games (or at least running higher settings on the games). The current plan is to build a nice desktop and then perhaps get an ultraportable notebook for traveling.
 
You already have dual network cards integrated into the motherboard, there is no need for a separate nic card.
