Any version of iPad come with any USB port?

Hi all,

Is any those iPad come with any Usb port to connect to an external hd? or and card slot to connect additional drive space? Or Nexus 7?

I just Can't see my self travel with one of those limited thing and people are saying they can do anything laptop do!?

If someone is telling you an iPad can do anything a laptop can do, they are full of crap.

Most Android tablets, like the Asus Transformer infinity, have SD or Micro SD slots. The keyboard dock for the Transformer also has a regular USB 2.0 slot.
 
I got a Asus TF300 which is a tablet with 32 GB of internal memory and I got the keyboard dock which gives my full laptop features with usb and full SD card slot and not to mention 15 hrs of battery life and for both I paid $590 including tax. Not to mention if feels faster then the vaio I had with a i3 and 4 GB of memory.
 
Battery life never work for me yet, anything they claim I always manage just get about half. I don't know what I do but that is the truth.

Can you plug in an external hard drive in that tranformer and work?

Yes, I pretty much keep everything in the cloud but I just pulled out my TB external HDD and was able to copy and paste from it and play music so yes it works. As for the battery life I am not sure what I get, depending on usage and what I am doing I have gone 3 to 6 days before charge it again unless I am playing a lot of games then 1 to 2 days.
