Any Video capture for youtube ?

I need a program to capture only a part of video from YouTube(like screen recorder) but light one .
after googling i found some software to download complete video from YouTube then cut it , but it will take too much time only because a 1 or 2 minutes part of a video , to download all complete video , Is there any option to save or get only a specific part of video from YouTube or other videos ?

I don't know of anything to download specific parts. Just download the whole thing.
