I've been doing Delphi for some time now and I've never come across a way to set a picture as a background, as opposed to being just an object. I'm not to saying you can't do it. Just saying that I've been doing delphi for a while and I've never come across a way to do it. I've always just inserted a picture, and sent to the back behind all other objects.
