Any1 have this problem?? (with WMP)

Ok so I recently purchased a 7950gt and ever since then when Ever I watch a video in full screen the bottom of the screen where the tool bar is shakes.
like its fine when I leave the mouse alone but as soon as I move the mouse to say skip to next movie or what ever the tool bar shakes and does not stop...

So I was wondering maybe some one here has had this problem before and knows of a solution...
Any Help is appreciated..

well when I installed the video card I assume that the driver was installed correctly.
and yes its shaking
 
When you say assumed the right drivers was installed, did you install the driver or did windows installed its generic driver.
