Hi All,
I have just finished building my first computer cluster. It is Beowulf-style with 16 nodes, one of which is master. My colleague tells me I can install a program called Sun Grid Engine which will queue jobs and partition CPUs for me. I would love to install this program, which is free. The company makes money by providing the software for free but selling licenses for support. I do not have the money to purchase a license. So, can anyone talk me through installing Sun Grid Engine on my Linux Cluster.
I'm sure I've left out some pertinent information so let me know what other specs you need and I appreciate any help you can offer.
Thanks,
Dan
