Anyone good with photoshop and 2 photo manipulation

got two photos and wondering if anyone out there would be able to help. Would like to take the sign from first photo and put on the head of the red kid in second photo and crop it so its him only. Also if you could do something funny to teeth etc. He doesn't like photos alot so it will be a funny one to give to his parents.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help. Not that great at doing this thought of thing yet.

I will give it a try if you like? I've done this sort of thing before. I will probably try to do it tonight or tomorrow.
 
definitely will do - is there a deadline you'd like it done by? sorry got caught up with other stuff last night.

I've sent dark angel what I've done, not sure if I've done everything he wanted me to do so waiting to hear back and see what he says. If it's OK with him I can post the final product here.
