Anyone know anything about video editing?

I'm using Adobe Premiere CS3 & I'm wondering why some of my frames aren't being exported. I have exactly 19,500 frames in my composition which is, I think, 10:50 seconds of footage. When I export it says ," Rendering 19,482 Frames..." It dropped 8 frames and I'm counting on all frames being perfect to thumbnail cheat Youtube.

Does anyone know why these frames aren't exporting? I'm exporting in Quicktime format & the codec I'm using is H.264 (I know little about Codecs...and exporting).

im saying that the frames most likely will export, and that he/she should try to finish and see if they dont. they most likely will.
