Anyone know how much this is worth?

Hey guys, so as you probably know by know my Lego pc build is on its way and so i need to get rid of the pc im using know. I was talking to my driving teacher today and he said he may buy it for $200 dollars. Hes a cool guy and i dont want to rip him off so i want to know how much its really worth.

I have a Dell Dimension E310. It has a 2.98 ghz intel dual core, 1..25 gb of ram (upgraded to this), and an 80gb hard drive. So how much do you think this is worth by itself?

I also have a 17" emachines flat screen monitor and i am looking to sell that to so if you know what either of these are worth please speak up.

I'd sell it to him for $200. It won't play the latest games but it will be suitable for web browsing and office work. Monitor is worth maybe $50 by itself.
