Anyone know where to get 65mm fans?

Well I checked my cpu fan size and it seems to be 65x65 and I'm having a little trouble hunting down anywhere that seems to actually sell fans of those dimensions (possibly the terms I search with or something aren't used for whatever reason)

People have suggested replacing the whole cooling thing for the apu with a 120mm thing to lower fan noise but looking at the space on the board (a mini atx board) it doesn't look like it would fit something like that so yeah.

It should fit. mATX (micro ATX) boards have universal support for the fan coolers if they fit that socket. FM2+ socket CPU coolers should bolt right up as they work just like your stock cooler, but bigger. The Hyper 212 Evo is a great choice and will work in you case since space isn't an issue there.

But space kind of is due to how close everything on the board itself is, looking at the dimensions I'm pretty sure you'd need to saw the ram ports and such off to actually fit a 120x120 heatsink in, there is a 12-14mm gap between the heatsink/fan (65x65) and the ram at present... so math dictates that a 120mm unit just could not fit.

So I'd say I call part pickers b.s

I'd still just get another cooler. It doesn't have to be a Hyper 212 EVO if you have a small build, but practically anything is better than the stock one.

That's why they're mounted vertically..

I'm not sure what you mean by that's why they're mounted vertically

And I'm thinking the largest the board wouldn't need to die to have mounted would be 80-85mm so anyone have any ideas of decent coolers that would fit that kinda space?

Though I think I might just replace the motherboard again before bothering seeing how cramped the board space is haha, just moved my drives around so they looked more tidy (Hard drives as low as possible and such) & put the front connection cable around behind the drive mounting bit and to do this I had to disconnect almost everything from the mobo...

Seems small motherboards are just too much effort haha.

Like this:

They normally don't sit much over the CPU. Each one is different. That one above is small compared to this one:

Well say the hyper 212 everyone seems to suggest, how large is it at the bits that attach to the mobo?
And would it actually clear heatsinks on the ram since I'm pretty sure they aren't low profile heatsinks

The Hyper212 is the first picture I posted.

Standard size for a cooler i'd assume. They all connect over the processor and connect to the Mobo as a standard cooler would.

The amount of area it hangs over is a different story. Voyager showed that quite well.

You can always order 2 or 3 coolers off Amazon and find one that works.. Worst case you return them..

Worst case I lose out on massive shipping costs on them cause I live in the arse end of the world.

Would the thing clear Gskill heatsinks on the ram or not?
Never messed with vert heatsinks so not sure what the norm height for them to branch outward would be.

Also minor question is it a terrible idea to have a side case fan attached by a single screw really tight? I had a spare 80mm fan but the side case fan space (which only has 2 screw holes diagnal from each other) is for like 90 or 95s so I decided screw it (and screwed it on hard hehehe) and attached it to the case firmly with a single screw.
