Anyone play Vindictus?

So, I needed a timer killer so I looked around for some free MMO's and found this one.

I've been playing for a couple days and i'd have to say it's the most fun of any MMO i've played ( i hate most or get bored easily )

So, anyone play? I'd be nice to chat with some fellow CF'ers while we do missions/raids/etc
Playing on the west server, fyi.

I had played it before, had a decently levelled character as well. (Fyi, NOTHING like Skyrim)
That is... until one day I went to sign on and play with my girlfriend and my character was gone. Completely missing. I opened an issue report with their Customer Service and they ended up replying about how I NEVER had a character on that account to begin with and to check into other accounts I may have had (I only had the one) and closed the issue report right after.

So I suspect THEY did something. =|
