Anyone pumped for Warhammer Online?

It's looking to be a pretty awesome MMO, sadly we gotta wait til Q1 2008 for it. :\

I think it'll be the first MMO to come out since WoW that might just actually have the power to take WoW down a notch and steal some of its players.

MMO = Massive Multiplayer Online
WoW = World of Warcraft

pumped = excited

no offense guys...

to OP, there is Guild Wars that did convert some of WoW players... but still seeing how WoW is so established right now... it might be hard for Warhammer Online to do that...

I believe its gonna be 40k... but im not sure have to look around further...
 
IT'll be 40K but i do believe as a lover of WoW, it may actually convert a vast majority of its players

I am looking foward to Warhammer online as it will be a break to WoW, but Blizzard are cunning, and willprobably release something, like an add-on in the time peridod Warhammer is getting released to keep us killing the samet hings over and over again :D

Looks boss though, i love the whole Warhammer 40K lore
 
Hahah. Yeah, i used to be a big WoW fan also, but i recently got over my addiction, thank god. It seemed to me that when i stopped playing, more than half the people i played with were only playing due to lack of other games to replace WoW. I think they're just looking for something to do instead of WoW, and i think warhammer might just be that. :]
 
if you don't know what WoW and MMO stand for i think you should be banned from the computer games and consoles section :P
 
as i scan this thread... i see some people are acting like a smart-ass with sarcasm making fun of people.

pumped is oviously a slang for exitement or hype.
WoW is oviously the most popular mmo in north america.
mmo is oviously mmorpg which stand for massive multiplayer online roleplaying game.

i refuse to believe that they really dont kno what these is.

im not into american/euro mmo much.... the battle and hitting feels weak like you hitting the air instead of an object.... however american/euro mmo has in-depth quests and gameplay and much varieties while asian mmo got best charecter modeling (aion,zera,sun,lineage2,ff11) but its a grind festival.... crap quests. i like the way lord of the rings online quests... its all about quests and not grinding. the quests is in-depth and connect to storyline.

im not so hype about warhammer much but im more hype about aion!!!!!
 
I might be up to it if it doesn't require a lot of time and dedication like WoW to get what you want. More importantly if it is not grind based game like WoW.
