Anyone Used Dictation Software?

I was thinking on buying a dictation software called "Dragon Naturally Speaking 8" for typing letters and stuff. I was wondering if anyone has used these types of software and wanted to know if it was worth it. At 100 bucks for some software, its an investment and I was looking for some feedback...
