Ok, so i just bought a new computer to play tough games like Battlefield: BC2 and Test Drive Unlimited 2 thinking it was a great gaming computer.. Everything was good.. except the Video Card... The Dedicated memory is 256mb and it is a PCIe x4 Slot and i can't afford buying a new graphics card.
So as i said the Dedicated (Used) Memory is 256mb but the Available Memory is something over 1900mb. I was thinking "Overclock?!?"
It's an Intern GPU, an ATI Radeon 3000.
If it makes any difference the RAM is 2x2gb (4GB for those who don't know math)
and the CPU is a AMD Athlon II X2 245 Processor 2.9Ghz

What can i do? Do i have to buy a new graphics card or what??!?!
Is it possible to plug in a PCIe x16 in this one?

Test drive unlim. isnt that demanding, I believe i maxed out at 1650/1050 with a 4670, and those can be had for 40 bucks now, so just pick a mid class card.

Ok but i don't know what to search for because i have searched for ATI PCIe x4 etc..

OP, please download and install PC Wizard from my sig and install it. Then run it and go to file, save as and click ok.

Copy the text into this thread and also the model and brand of your PSU. (open your computer and look on the sticker on the big psu box).

My PSU is
Brand: Bestec
Model: ATX0180P5WB

SOrry mate, nothing you can do with that. If you do put a new graphics card in later, you wil also need a new PSU.

Yeah i found that out on another site but i bought it like 2 days ago so i'm sending it back and buying a new a liiiiittle bit more expensive and putting in my old GPU which is still REALLY good for it's age.

meh, give us a budget and we can help you build one that's much better

The thing is i bought this computer because i wanted a good and but cheap computer (it costed about 310 Euros) and now i don't have anymore money until next month when my birthday is :P and i just found out that i can't send it back and get a new one because it will cost my dad too much money.

But thanks for the offer anyways.
