Anything needs changes?

I'm building a computer for a friend of mine so basically I just wanna make sure he's getting the best bang for the buck. He lives in Norway.

So should any of those components be replaced with something else? Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.

Same thing with the Hard Drive
