how does this psu look i am building a new computer wit AMD Athlon 64 4200+ and geforce 7800 with 2x512 mb memory sticks would this b a good psu for a high end gaming and game design computer?

Its good, you dont need all that wattage. Check out psu 101, there are some recomendations there as well.

that psu may be overkill, with 55amps of 12v rail and 650watts. But it sure is a powerful psu. read psu101
