That's HijackThis - the program he's using to generate the logfile you're reading.

alyoob, there's only one entry that should be removed and it's not really malicious. Please run HijackThis and choose Do a System Scan Only.

Place a check next to the following entry:

• O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE

Please close all open windows except for HijackThis and choose Fix checked

I'm actually not confused i'm one of the spyware experts here that was told where to go and shown by the great grimreaper....... but i must say i'm seeing many posts by you that you are just talking out your butt stop being a jerk and let people help who know what they are saying...

To answer what ceewi1 was trying to get rid of is a realtek monitor that monitors where you are going and what you are doing for their own good... I would also agree with him on this on remove it its not needed to run your sound card and will not hurt to remove it...
