Anyway of OC'ing an X1300PRO?

Which brand name do you have there? Currently I simply leave the MSI version stock even when gaming since it's far from a true gaming card. It's has been doing well with several games even in Vista simply by running it stock. That's the real recommendation for this model. You can try the ATI tool but you probably won't get very far without problems.
 
Download ATI Tool, and overclock it using that :)

You should be able to overclock it a decent amount, but dont expect a huge increase in performance.

It doesnt matter if its from ATI, or from MSI, PNY, etc, they all perform the same at stock speeds. And depending on how much you can overclock, but I doubt you'll notice much of a difference.
 
The main problem you will run into fast trying to push things on this card is "crashola"! It's simply not a performance model you can crank up too much without ending up with a big headache. I've had the MSI version of it here since spring of 2006 and already went through this. You won't get anything spectacular while it's still been a good stock model here.

I tried pushing somewhat here with the MSI model and simply didn't get far. You are more likely going to see stability problems come up fast. Is this for trying to increase fps rates? Forget it! It's a budget model not really geared for being a good OCer. It runs games and videos smoothly for a stock card but lacks any real screaming performance.

The 4 pixel pipelines only tells all. Just look around at the other ATI chipped or NVidia models people are seeing good ocs with and look over the specs on those cards to see 8 or 12 maybe 16 pipelines they are working with. The AGP version of the X1300 series is a different card there. For ATI the X1800 and above are intended more unless going with the X850 AGP. You can raise it up a "little at a time" and run it where it remains stable. Just don't expect much.
 
Low ended graphics aren't supposed to be pushed this far, the X1300 pro is certainly NOT designed with gaming in mind. I don't see the point, there is so little to gain. Even if you MAX out your X1300 it will still lag, its not going to suddenly be smooth.
 
At stock I run the X1300 Pro here for a good number of games on Vista as well as XP without dropoffs and lags. But the design of the card was never geared for ocing. You can it to move somewhat but plan on crashes and unstabilty. Half Life 2, Prey, FEAR and the expansion pack, Counter Strike: Source single player mode on all run at the highest resolution the game itself supports with antiliasing and antisotropics enabled and high textures at stock. But that is at stock and stable.
