Anyways to make Bearshare(or any downloading programmes) run faster?

lol thanks for quick reply, i cant get a faster internet connection as that costs money and i am also 15 so my parents run the bills

If you're running dialup, like me, there really isn't anything you can do to speed anything up.. you just gotta be patient. If you're not patient and still want a faster connection.... Get a job.
