I've port forwarded 80 on my router, I made sure the server was on, and I made sure IIS was disabled; I still can't access it through http://shifterbin.co.cc. I'm using IIS as a substitute. Help?

Since I have a dynamic DNS, I'm synchronizing it through FreeDNS.

What ISP do you have? A lot of them are blocking 80 now.

Do you have your domain name configured in Apache?
