hey, i was wondering if you can get apple os x on a PC ?

Microsoft now has Virtual PC free of charge you can download in order to run various OSs on a Windows based system. I saved the link from MS here you can review for information and download seen at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...02-3199-48A3-AFA2-2DC0B40A73B6&displaylang=en

Nope, OS X only runs on Apple hardware, and in the EULA of OS X, it clearly states that the OS may be installed on any single Apple branded computer per a license.
You would think Microsoft would provide that limitation but instead shows this. 
"With Microsoft® Virtual PC 2007, you can create and run one or more virtual machines, each with its own operating system, on a single computer. This provides you with the flexibility to use different operating systems on one physical computer."
