This is usually a memory conflict. Give us details on which application is giving you this message and under what circumstances, what OS are you running, etc...
Make sure the ntdll.dll is in the Windows\System32 directory, if it is, then it's a valid core component, if not, it's most likely viral. If in the correct directory you may want to run a memory test...
